FACE-TO-FACE PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Dear participants

In addition to online presentations, face-to-face presentations will also be included in our congress.

The conditions for face-to-face presentations and the application process are listed below.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Those over the age of 65 do not participate in face-to-face presentations.

For multiple authors, only one author can participate in a face-to-face presentation.

Persons with chronic illnesses and those who are pregnant or suspected of pregnancy cannot participate in face-to-face presentations.

No guests or audience / audience are allowed in the congress area.

Since the sessions will be based on discipline, there will be those who want to present both online and face to face in the same session.

There will be short-term treats in the foyer area

Certificates of the participants who make face-to-face presentations will also be sent as PDF.

If your face-to-face presentation request is accepted, you must have the Covid-19 test within three days at the latest before participating in the congress and bring your test result with you.
